Booking & Service Agreement

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Caribe Airport Transfers website, booking system, and private transportation services. By submitting a reservation or using our services, you agree to the terms described below.

Last updated: August 7, 2026
!
Please review these terms before booking.

These conditions explain how reservations, pricing, payments, pickup arrangements, cancellations, passenger responsibilities, and transportation services are handled by Caribe Airport Transfers.

01

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to reservations and transportation services requested through Caribe Airport Transfers, including bookings submitted through our website, booking system, email, telephone, WhatsApp, or other authorized communication channels.

By submitting a reservation request, making a payment, or using our transportation services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The person making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate information and for communicating relevant booking conditions to all passengers included in the reservation.

02

Reservations

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate reservation information. This may include:

  • Pickup location
  • Drop-off location
  • Pickup date and time
  • Return date and time for round-trip reservations
  • Number of passengers
  • Number and size of luggage items
  • Airline and flight number when applicable
  • Contact information
  • Any special transportation requirements

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, inability to provide the requested vehicle, or failure to complete the transportation service.

03

Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submission of a booking request through the website does not necessarily mean that transportation has been finally confirmed.

A reservation may initially be received with a pending or processing status while our team reviews the route, vehicle availability, passenger requirements, pickup information, and other booking details.

Important A booking should be considered finally confirmed only after the customer receives confirmation from Caribe Airport Transfers by email, WhatsApp, booking confirmation, or another authorized communication method.

We reserve the right to contact the customer to clarify or correct reservation information before confirming the service.

04

Rates, Currency and Payments

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed during the booking process apply to the selected vehicle and transportation service rather than to each individual passenger.

Prices may vary depending on the route, destination, selected vehicle, number of passengers, booking extras, transfer type, special requirements, or other applicable conditions.

Currency

Prices displayed on the booking website are generally shown in United States dollars (USD), unless another currency is expressly displayed.

Online Payments

When an online payment method such as PayPal is selected, the transaction may be processed by the applicable third-party payment provider. The customer may also be subject to that provider's terms, security policies, and privacy practices.

Cash / Payment at Pickup

When the customer selects Cash or another pay-at-pickup option, no online payment is charged through the website for that reservation. The amount shown during checkout must be paid according to the booking instructions at the time of service.

A cash reservation remains subject to availability and confirmation in the same way as any other reservation request.

05

One-Way and Round-Trip Reservations

A one-way reservation covers transportation for the route, date, and time specified in that reservation.

A round-trip reservation includes both an outbound transportation service and a return transportation service based on the return date and time selected by the customer.

Return transportation is subject to the information shown in the booking confirmation. Customers should verify both travel dates and times before submitting the reservation.

Round-trip pricing Promotional or discounted round-trip rates, when offered, apply only to the complete round-trip booking and may differ from purchasing two independent one-way reservations.
06

Airport Pickups and Flight Information

Customers traveling by air should provide accurate airline and flight information whenever requested. This information helps our transportation team coordinate airport pickup services.

When flight information is available, we may monitor publicly available arrival information as an operational convenience. Flight monitoring does not guarantee that all airline schedule changes, gate changes, diversions, cancellations, or other disruptions will be detected immediately.

Customers should notify us as soon as possible of significant flight changes, cancellations, rebookings, missed connections, or changes to their scheduled arrival.

Pickup Locations

The customer must follow the pickup instructions provided for the applicable airport, resort, hotel, private accommodation, cruise port, or other pickup location.

Some hotels, resorts, airports, or private properties may restrict where transportation providers can meet passengers. In those situations, the customer may be required to meet the driver at a designated entrance, transportation area, security gate, or other authorized pickup point.

07

Pickup Times, Delays and Waiting

Customers should be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time.

Transportation times shown by maps, booking systems, or route estimates are approximate. Actual travel time can be affected by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Road construction
  • Weather
  • Accidents or road closures
  • Airport congestion
  • Security procedures
  • Local events
  • Conditions beyond our reasonable control

Customers traveling to an airport are responsible for selecting a pickup time that provides sufficient time for transportation, airline check-in, security procedures, and other airport requirements.

08

Passengers, Vehicles and Luggage

Vehicle availability and selection may depend on passenger count, luggage capacity, route, and operational availability.

Customers must accurately declare the number of passengers and luggage items when making the reservation.

The number of passengers or luggage items must not exceed the safe or legal capacity of the selected vehicle.

Oversized or special luggage Customers should notify us in advance about unusually large suitcases, wheelchairs, mobility devices, sports equipment, strollers, golf bags, surfboards, or other items that may require additional cargo capacity.

If the passenger or luggage count exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle, a larger vehicle or additional vehicle may be required and additional charges may apply.

09

Children and Child Seats

Children must be included in the total passenger count.

When a child seat or other special safety equipment is required, the customer should request it in advance during the reservation process or contact our team before the scheduled transportation service.

Availability of specific child-seat types may depend on advance notice and vehicle availability.

10

Changes to a Reservation

Requests to change a reservation should be submitted as early as possible. Changes may include:

  • Pickup or drop-off location
  • Date or time
  • Flight information
  • Passenger count
  • Luggage requirements
  • Vehicle category
  • Contact information

Changes are subject to availability and may result in a revised price. A modification is not considered accepted until it has been acknowledged or confirmed by Caribe Airport Transfers.

11

Cancellations and Refunds

Customers who need to cancel a confirmed reservation should use the cancellation option provided in their booking communication, when available, or contact our reservations team directly.

Refund eligibility may depend on the payment method, time remaining before the scheduled service, services already provided or committed, and the cancellation conditions applicable to the reservation.

Any refund approved for an online payment may be returned through the original payment method when technically possible.

Third-party bookings Reservations made through an online travel agency, marketplace, hotel, travel agency, or other third-party sales channel may be governed by the cancellation and refund policy of that platform or partner.
12

No-Shows and Failure to Locate the Passenger

Customers are responsible for being present at the designated pickup location and remaining reasonably reachable using the contact information provided with the reservation.

If a passenger cannot be located, our team or driver may attempt to contact the customer using the telephone number, WhatsApp number, email, hotel information, or other contact details available in the booking.

A passenger's failure to appear at the designated location or failure to provide sufficient information to complete the pickup may be treated as a no-show, subject to the applicable booking and cancellation conditions.

13

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave in a safe and respectful manner toward drivers, transportation personnel, other passengers, and vehicles.

We may refuse or discontinue transportation when passenger behavior creates a reasonable safety risk, violates applicable law, threatens personnel or property, or makes safe transportation impracticable.

Customers may be responsible for costs resulting from intentional or negligent damage caused to a vehicle during transportation.

14

Vehicle Substitution

Photographs and vehicle descriptions on the website are intended to represent the applicable vehicle category or level of service.

Operational circumstances may occasionally require us to provide a different vehicle from the one pictured or originally anticipated. When this occurs, we will seek to provide a vehicle with suitable passenger and luggage capacity and a comparable service category.

15

Transportation Partners and Third-Party Providers

Transportation may be performed directly by Caribe Airport Transfers personnel or, when operationally appropriate, by an authorized transportation partner, driver, or service provider.

We may share reservation details with such providers only to the extent reasonably required to perform the requested service.

16

Service Interruptions and Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide transportation according to the confirmed booking details. However, transportation services may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, road closures, traffic congestion, civil disturbances, government restrictions, airport closures, airline disruptions, mechanical emergencies, or other force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caribe Airport Transfers shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17

Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal property and should check the vehicle before leaving at the end of the transportation service.

If an item is believed to have been left inside a vehicle, customers should contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help locate lost property, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.

18

Website and Booking System Use

Customers may not use the website, booking system, payment functions, or communication channels for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized purposes.

Automated attacks, attempts to interfere with website functionality, fraudulent bookings, false payment information, misuse of promotional pricing, or unauthorized access to systems are prohibited.

19

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, graphics, layouts, text, booking interfaces, and other original materials associated with Caribe Airport Transfers may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without authorization.

Third-party names, logos, maps, payment marks, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

20

Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the website or booking system is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about the types of data we collect, how information is used, third-party providers, cookies, analytics, payment services, and privacy choices.

21

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and the transportation services provided through this website are subject to applicable laws and regulations of the Dominican Republic.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or other legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, booking procedures, payment options, operational practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The version published on this page at the time of use will indicate the most recent update date.
